  • Here and Now Mindfulness Group

    Come experience the power of presence in body and mind through experiential exercises. We will briefly review the physical, mental, and quality of life benefits of mindfulness. Then, we will practice a variety of techniques to help you calm your nervous system and restore a sense of presence to your busy mind and restless body. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. $75/session

  • Mood and Stress Management

    Stressed? Stuck? Unhappy? Anxious? Get support and learn how to cope with what life is dishing out. We’ll focus on emotions and how to get unstuck from them and discuss how to manage stress effectively, build positive emotions, face fears, and move forward toward a valued life. $75/session

  • Relax to Sleep

    Night owls and morning larks welcome. This educational and experiential group session will have you falling—rather than forcing and fretting—into sleep. This group highlights the biological systems involved in sleep, sleep architecture, and myths about sleep. Particular attention will be paid to quieting the arousal system through relaxation exercises for the body and mind. $75/session

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia

    Do you have trouble falling or staying asleep? Do you toss and turn and worry a lot about your sleep? Do you work hard to sleep and/or plan your life around sleep? Have you been diagnosed with insomnia? Do you want to reduce or stop medications for sleep? This may be the group series for you.

    This 4-part series focuses on treatment of insomnia with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i), a highly effective and first line treatment for insomnia. $150/session
